Agreed, Exsim products is very x10 expensive. Chinese proverbs, good thing not cheap price and cheap price no good thing.

Yes, but The Leafz project not 8 units per floor.
U get the point i mean?Somemore they use pre-stress method.It need wait after at least 14 days after casting just can stress the rebar in beam & slab.
if u no believe u can go to ask their SA.

I ask the SA would he feel Petalz selling price very high. You know how he answer me? ... "Market can digress the price of above 600psf for Petalz means OKG upcoming project will more than that".

Lynnda, very simple only, u just compare the near by condo but at PJ area, then u will know KL property still cheaper.
Because Petalz is at the KL-PJ border, so no worry~

Haha..i just share my opinion only. May be u all have better property then u all can sharing too.
But i compare the project along there that i know only.
Avantas = Bad site condition (Pity with the house beside the site)
Pearl Point = Lease hold, not bad
Seputeh 9 = Best but expensive
bentong 8 = No confidence with 1st project developer
Verve = Bukit kiara property, for me, expensive (over my own budget)
Petalz = slightly expensive at market. But maintaian really expensive. Still can take risk to buy it

With the psf price booming in okr n kuchai lama.... any idea how much can the leafz price increase by the time we get our keys?
