look like buyers got to start service interest any time soon....

It seems that the construction works are not as active as before?
Something is wrong? It has been at least 2 weeks no obvious works being done...

True i staying in salak south the work totally stop i think is due to the rain, sometime i can see it full of water in the site. Maybe the company bankrupt
nowaday when work stop all is shaking and rumours will pop up.

I overheard some rumours already from few parties... Rain? but there had 1 day with no rain on daytime but no works can be seen also...hmm...

I am not to sure what is happening? Last Sunday i visited in hte morning, looks like work at stand still. It is worrying. Will all purchases please call the developer what is happening ??? I also recevied a leller from them asking payment for another 10% , whilst work progress is slow and have stop, some say the develop is smart , they stop due to raining season ???

See now people are worried company tapau already lol best is dont come to LYN too much make u more worry only.

It has been few weeks + that not much works been seen in progress... and can see a v big area of water dump at the site, heard from the residents complaining of the mosquitoes attacks...

Also the area already been cleared of the wet market but not cleaned and cleared of the debris...etc...

That project site is actively begin the clearing works and pilling works... since 2 weeks time when The Leafz becomes quiet...

How well the project will do, time will tell because opposite of it is the Muslim graveyard, been hearing a lot of accident stories at that road.
Further down the road, there is another construction, is a corner shoplot, also been failing to live it, fire burnt down before, perhaps of the strong "sha qi"...
At the back of the project site is the elevated highway, if people view this site according to Feng Shui laws and principles, not recommended at all.

But Yuk Tung's project very particular on Feng Shui one. So I guess Central Residence should be okay. 2 rivers (highway) flowing

Maybe they are using some techniques to overcome the Yin energy from opposite (grave yard) and the "Sha Qi"Maybe from the big highway at the back...haha...

Saw some workers yesterday dont know what they are doing. Went to try nelson fried kuey teow the developer has paid quite some money to make up the space for the stalls leh.

Don't see any activities being worked out... Here is another photo shootout of the water dump at the site... Heard also the developer paid the money to repaint the 2 block of flats...

The building works is going slow recently?

If u want clear shot go to fei lou mok yong tau foo behind row of shop u can see clear the whole site. Not sure they going to paint or not the flats but its eye sore the flats and some workshop at the corner.

maybe they shouldnt paint now so soon......6 mths b4 completion of the Leafz just be nice...

Oh, that side can view better yeah... Anyway, I saw they already painted the flats, external walls... but top of the flats, I don't think so, if you look from top, still an eyesore...


Painted already... they might want to "cool down" the residents nearby due to the construction works noise, dusts, mosquitoes...

They also clearing the wet market and abandoned area...looks like they going to resurface the road and link it to the project site, so it will be used as the entrance for lorries...etc and in future, the entrance to the 3 blocks of condominium... guess...
