Your statement will not be updated till next bill cycle. Just refer to the Outstanding balance and since it's O, you have to clear it and no need to worry until your next swipe.

Payment made to MBB CC using M2U is updated almost real time. Once payment is made, the outstanding amount will be updated accordingly.

Not all the outstanding balance should be cleared before next statement because it may consist of last statement outstanding and current month unbilled swipes.

Just make sure that you pay the amount stipulated in the Statement Balance before due date to avoid late payment charge and interest.

plan to get myself the maybank 2 card.. seem like platinum card offer much better benefit compare to gold.. does the platinum card has any cons compare to gold? like higher annual fees/min swipe per month/etc?

can i know whether the annual fees and GST can be waived for it? thanks.

how can we check the amount of cash rebate we get in maybank2u? i just receive my monthly statement, but there is none of information regarding cash rebate...

Is your Statement Date before the first of the month ?
If yes, then you shoudl see it in the next month's statement

Yes, unless you change the statement date, I think if we were to receive the statement with the rebate credited, the statement date has to be after first of every month. But I haven't tried to call the CS to change the date to 2nd of every month yet.

Wait for your paper statement and pay the amount stated in it. With time you'll understand the M2U "Pay Now" and "Outstanding Balance".
