Updates. A person from QSR contacted me and confirmed that it is indeed a mistake from their side. I explained what happen and mentioned this is the second time I have filed a complaint on the same issue, same branch. I suggested that QSR should provide more training to its staffs, and always check with the branch manager if there is a query on promotional items (ie. dont be too stubborn). He agreed and offered a free meal. I just need to call him again on my next trip to any branch, and he will contact the branch for arrangement. Sounds okay to me
