Yes, you can use it at both the pump and the counter. To use it at the pump, you need to have a balance of min. RM 200 in your acct. Payment at the counter will be charged the actual amount.

yes, it can be used at the petrol machine since it's a mastercard debit card (not just atm card). the only difference is you have to pay with your account balance with dc, but with cc, you have more time to pay after you receive your statement.

For Petron, remember to Preset it, then it will charge the amount u Preset.
but not for Shell, u Preset also no use, it still charge RM200 first.

Today I got charged rm18 for changing the HLB visa debit due to some sort of their smart chip things that fail me to withdraw from ATM. I just wonder shouldnt the bank bear the cost instead of customer? Is not our fault for making that happened~~ Just wondering~~ sad.gif

Be patient. The bank will refund you usually after a few working days.
Unless it's already been a week, then you should call the bank.

Notice that the new debit card will be longer expiry. Some bank already offer up to 8 years.
