Today I got charged rm18 for changing the HLB visa debit due to some sort of their smart chip things that fail me to withdraw from ATM. I just wonder shouldnt the bank bear the cost instead of customer? Is not our fault for making that happened~~ Just wondering~~ sad.gif

They wont refund to me after I call the HLB bank, they said change the card need standard RM18 replacement fees as state by their company... mad.gif

Not really, HLB still offer only 4 years, and each change of card cost rm18~~ damn bloody sucker~~
