QUOTE(GreenSamurai @ Feb 10 2016, 01:18 PM) The model is just available for purchase a few days ago after almost 1 year delay. The price is a bit steep. Will have to wait for bro soonwai to get it and try first before deciding whether to get one for myself haha. you mean local market availability or globally ?

Wow, I see it on routerboard.com. Price here around RM560-RM600, maybe? Can't wait to see it being available locally. Maybe/hopefully they'll have an introductory sale at MUM in KL next month. Hint hint to suppliers. Even better, the free routerboard will be the HAP AC (just wishful thinking from me). Also don't forget http://googledrive.blogspot.my/2016/02/saf...t-day-2016.html if you're using Google. This post has been edited by soonwai: Feb 11 2016, 02:46 AM

Just hope not stopped by the customs. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mikrotik-hAP-AC-RB...=item2a6147e049Anyway pity the CPU is just a single core 720MHz MIPS 74Kc. Would have prefered if it is dual core ARM.

Hi guys, looking at few models of mikrotik routers to replace my unifi router. Using 20mbps but after 8pm when my family all use internet becomes damn slow. Even youtube needs buffering. Anywaywhat's the different between RB951Ui-2HnD and RB951G-2HnD?

The difference is the RB951Ui has 100mbit ports and port 5 has POE out. While the RB951G has gigabit ports and no POE. More info here: http://routerboard.com/RB951Ui-2HnDhttp://routerboard.com/RB951G-2HnD

Anyone here setup Unifi VOIP before? Will be using TM supplied DLink DVG-5008S VOIP gateway with a Mikrotik router. Is it just as simple as binding VLAN 400 to one of the ethernet ports?

On my way to the MUM, anyone else?
Freebie is hAP Lite.
Normis, you'd probably know him from the forums, is here.
Live stream at Mikrotik's YouTube channel.
There's a special MUM sale. Eg: RB951Ui for RM290. I think anyone can come and buy.
Lucky draw at the end got 2 x mAP Lite and 2 x hAP AC but me no luck.

I dunno about the settings for the bridge so I just use defaults. Seems to be OK.
