no pro bro.. we are the very earlier stage of iphone user since iphone3G when iphone3G not even launch in Malaysia.. some user here even from iphone2G background..so we know all the history of JB and their story behind.. that time iphone dev jb team is still very new also..

So far none.

I've been trying to JB but the redsnow is keep crashing all the time... Does anybody has any idea why???

can iphone 4s be jailbroken yet?

hi everyone, newbie here. my iphone 3gs currently running os 4.0.2.
i've downloaded the redsnow and ipsw 4.3.4 for iphone 3gs.
btw, can i load the redsnow with 4.3.4 ipsw and proceed with jb-ing my current 4.0.2 phone?
or i need to upgrade to 4.3.4 1st before jb?

you cant upgrade to 4.3.4 from 4.0.2 without previously save shsh.

you can only upgrade to 5.0 (if you dont have 4.3.4 shsh) and wait for untethered jailbreak or use tethered jailbreak.

Basically you can only upgrade to whatever version that apple is signing in without shsh.
Any others would require saved shsh. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Some has claimed that they managed to do it without saved shsh but i've tried more than 5-6 sets and its not possible.

Where is the tether jb ? I want my sbssetting huhuhu

Use semi-tethered.. It is stunning.. So far so good.. IF.. IF.. i need to restart the phone.. all phone function, original app, safari working... email and all Cydia tweak is gone only.. When back to computer, Just boot Tethered to gain all function.. ok WAT !.. we are talking IF.. IF you restart only..

sigh. i dunno y i owes get pressured by a "friend" whenever she ask me to help her with her iphone.

i said update to ios5 got semi tethered she dunwan. stil want to downgrade to 4.3.3 even without shsh.
and got one forummer also been asking for my help

To clarify, by semi-tethered means i still be able to use my phone main function after restart, just the Cydia tweak will be gone temporarily until plugged to pc to boot tethered?

not possible one la.. if possible then Dev team & tinyumbrella author does not need to crack the head to allow us saving SHSH..

Added on November 4, 2011, 3:59 pmYES.. you can make call, SMS, Safari all ORIGINAL app that u buy from app store can run..Just that email app cannot run, cydia app, tweak & your crack app (if any) cannot run.. To me it is acceptable.. And when i am back, just use redsnow to boot tether. then everything is back to normal..worth to do semi-tether on IOS 5..

Guys,just downgraded from ios 5 to ios 4.3.3 on my 3gs..The last time i did backup when it was running on ios 5..

Now the problem is i can't restore from the previous backup due to i'm running it on 4.3.3..Error written it is x compatible due to running old ios something like that..Any idea how to bypass as i've need to restore some pics which i need for my work..

Im having a problem now where i have jailbroken my Iphone4 with the ios 4.3.3 using jailbreakme.com and everything were running smoothly until i downloaded songs through unlimtones and the phone turned off itself. It auto turned on again but it lagged at the apple logo. I have tried to hold the home button and on button to restart but it doesnt work even i connected the phone to itunes, it still doesnt work at all... any solution??

exactly how many minutes? sometimes when my phone reboot it took about 10 minutes

If you can go into the phone, remove the offending tweak (unlimtones). If you cannot go in, then you need to restore using your 4.3.3 SHSH.

I've had this problem before (long time for the phone to boot) after 1/2 hour, it booted normally and I started removing tweaks that I suspect is the culprit.
