The 2nd progressive 10% already released by bank last week, anyone claimed the 5% discount?
*
Was told by PJD that the rebate will be paid back approx 30 days after they confirm receive payment from your bank.

Thanks to share. Mind to share the way PJD redeem the $ ? cheque, etc ?
*
They will prepare a cheque to be collected at their office in Sri Petaling. Alternatively you can request them to bank in to your account but need to be arranged with then separately la.

check your SPA and read carefully.
my one is bumi lot and clearly mentioning tanah rezab melayu.

so those bumi lot will belongs to MRL and the rest are normal freehold.
i dont see any problem right there ?
*
+1

In summary, if you are a non bumi buyer, there wouldn't be any problem selling your unit in the future. Case closed icon_rolleyes.gif

Being at he highest floor, any cons?

Appreciate your opinion, thanks in advance.

Pros
Modern concept
Appealing to young working adults
High floor = nice unobstructed view. Less noise from commercial, road, swimming pool at lower level

Thanks buddy,,,,, youcity has 34th floor as the highest,,,, what do you think?
*
I think some one looking for a place to rent will generally prefer to rent a unit on a higher floor. Like i said earlier, better views and less noise. However, as an owner i do not expect the rental to be significantly higher than those on the lower floors. So the premium you paid might not be reflected in your rental rate.

Hi guys,

what is the potential of investing in this project  You city?

I went to see the project only left lvl 30 and above.
If I buy and want to sell away in 3 to 4 years time.. high floor is there in a demand? how much can this property appreciate ?

any1 can suggest any other project that is worth investing around 650k plus ?  thanks
*
I don't think anybody around here will be able to answer that specific of a question, buddy. We are all hoping for the price to appreciate in the future of course.

I would like to check with my fellow buyers of You Vista Tower A during its initial launch. We were offered a 12% discount...is that 12% of the selling price or 10%+2% (as in discount 10%, and the additional 2% coming from the discounted amount)?

i think 10% + 2%,,,,

discount on discounted amount. so far i found pjd give max discount 10% per discount,,,

my case, i got 10%+10%+3% (3% is cash purchase,,, i bought small unit only, so, not much).

the latest offer they have 8% +10%

hope answer your question.
*
Thanks pezu for the explanation.

Speaking of discounts, saw this website being advertised on my FB feed called PropertPlus. Can get group discout via bulk buying like Groupon but for properties. They are currently running a promo on You Vista, can get up to 10.8% discount.

Hardly to say that affected noise. Depend the noise from swimming pool/children playground, highway or winding.

Winding noise are quite annoying for higher level if something loose on windows or glass door. But I dont think Youcity have a such good environment with winding place.

This is not build at hillside or Genting Highland area wont be strong winding around here.
*
I get what you mean now. In reply to chiayunghung's query earlier, the facilities will be located at level 8. If you are facing that area definitely cannot escape the noise.
