I am sure the taikor taikor here already knew about this new development opposite Leisure Mall called EkoCheras. This would be another MRT property in Cheras (located two stops away from Youcity/Tmn suntex) and is selling like hot cakes now. Passed by the project site just now but fid not managed to tk any photos, seems like they have added 1-2 levels to the car park. This is based on my rough estimation la.
