Here is another piece of exciting news for Cheras Sentral. The place is expected to be the interchange station with MRT line 2. Definitely good news for You City folks who is only one station away thumbup.gif

I received the sms too. Apparently this is the official launch of Tower D with show unit. "Low down payment + DIBS" for purchase of 2-3 rooms unit.

I wonder how would the sow units differ from the previous tower. Please share if you managed to snap any photos during the weekend.

Also, are they still allowed to offer DIBS?

I am buying for investment. However, after looking at the facilities provided more clearly (got no time to look at the sales gallery), a bit tempted for own stay. Anyway, i think it's a worthwhile investment. I mentioned the reason in my previous post taking AmayaMaluri as an example.

Just completed n selling for RM 700 psf. Who is to say You Vista will not at least match that price 3 years down the road with MRT there? And You vista is freehold as well. It is also just one stop away from Cheras sentral, which is being propsed as the interchange station to MRT line 2.

What do you think? brows.gif

I like the idea of having a college (should provide a steady supply of tenants) and mid size hypermart (easy for groceries shopping).

Not sure about this care home though. How are they going to execute this? This is not going to fit into the whole commercial element of the last phase. Retired aunties and uncles should preferred somewhere more tranquil.

Swiss garden is just a guess on my part as I am not familiar with PJD's hotel brands.

Well, everything has its pros and cons. On this college issue, if it's indeed a hotel management course i think their focus is more on local students la. Anyway nothing has been confirm, no point to speculate.

Still cheaper than having to own, maintain a car + need to pump fuel and toll. MRT cannot come sooner.
