Secial rebate 7% (off set on 1st 10% during SPA)

· Cash buyer additional 3% rebate on stage 2A

It means that they will bear the interest payment up to 4.8% of the property price only. So in the very unfortunate event of this project being delayed (low likelihood considering PJD's track record), you will have to continue paying the interest to the bank once the limit of 4.8% has been reached.

Peri gor, i think the photo was taken from the parking lot of the current sales gallery. It looks empty because they've cleared the land and You Vista is supposed to be constructed on the empty land. In the future, even the parking lot will be developed into commercial/shopping mall

But with all due respect, if future residents wanted to look for amenities, they won't go looking for it in Tmn Suntex itself but most likely at nearby Giant, Cheras Sentral, Leisure mall etc. Furthermore, there will be some shops + a mall in the next phase, i think should be able to self sustain la if don't fancy going too far

Indeed, mostly positive comments here which is very encouraging.
Passed by the site last week, the MRT construction seems to be at full speed.
I think i saw roughly the structure of the Tmn Suntex station being built, located directly in front of the market.
Roughly 10 minutes walk from You Vista rclxms.gif

Just found out that there will be a park n ride facility for the Tmn Suntex MRT station rclxms.gif
I wonder where will they build the parking. Regardless of the location, it will be a good development to help ease the traffic around the station.
