Anyone receive letter to 2nd 10%?

I am taking 70% loan, but get 10% + 2 % discount.

Do we need to pay full 10% or just 5% for 2nd 10% payment?

670k for 1276sf? 525/sf...like that why don`t go for window at the park?

Cannot deny the location is strategic, what is mrt project postpone? This the reason i don`t take project near mrt the 4years is too long, just like 1998 lrt on hold due to economic crisis. Perhaps is good for investment purpose not for own stay.

Yup! I just called to office to verify. She said it is due to computer generated document, so it is stated full 10%. We need to do our own calculation for the discount.

You can choose to submit the cheque at the Sri Petaling office or Sale Gallery office. If you are lazy, then just bank in to their PB account and fax or email the receipt.

Went to window at the park before this.. Benefit is back road can link up to connaught directly... myself stay in cheras so i can say i know the road well... to me tis location is nearer to my current family.. i really do like window at the park project.. but location wise not so... if wan to get a good unit facing the park.. the cost is high... laugh.gif

I see, because my girl friend stay at cheras selatan that why i more familiar with there. tongue.gif There got Aeon Cheras Selatan which is near to WATP and Natur, but i din`t buy that area. icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif don`t beat me, in the end i booked puchong taman tasik prima because of the lrt.

That area got few new development eg Aurora, 280 park homes, The whaft and deeper got D`aman and Koi Prima. The price is slightly cheaper compare to Cheras area. I`m poor guy that why no money to buy cheras cry.gif

the price is really scary... cry.gif now need work hard to get better pay... sweat.gif

Got property better than don`t own it, since now the inflation sky high now is better to hold 1 property.

So nice your gf stay near by. my gf rclxub.gif rclxub.gif in Cheras and i in PJ everytime go find her have to spent half an hour and the petrol go and back around rm10. cry.gif

Natur is just like high end flat but cheap, i saw thread a new condo at balakong near aeon cheras selatan and other condo 17++sf around 55+k near bandar tun hussein onn too.

Around there got 1 more is Casa Green if not mistake... this weekend launching... price wise also quite high... but is a larger home compare to You... PJ to Cheras is fast... but if jam and daily commute will vomit blood... Married her and bring to your home lo!!! than no need spend time travel~~ tongue.gif wub.gif

That smallest uniit also 1700sf, i went to the showroom if smaller than 1300sf i will consider. the maint fee for 1700sf will kill people like me cry.gif

price still reasonable, because its a big layout starting 1700ft2, thats why u think is high.

If casa green got 1000ft2 layout, u will says dayum cheap, omg, so cheap!

Not 5%. Should be 10% of selling price - ((2% * Amount after 8% discount) + 15000 (if dont want 3rd car park)).
Eg,
10% of selling price = 662000,
2% * Amount after 8% discount = 2% * 609040 = 12180.80
So, you should pay 662000 - (12180.80 + 15000) = 39019.20


If you take 1276 sqf unit, here is the summary:

1st 10% payment = 662000 - (66200 * 8%) = 13240
2nd 10% payment = see above
3rd 10% payment = 66200 (pay in 2014)
