I check the office today and only very few units available. All sapu except the 1400+ units. I would like to ask those lucky buyers - Developer is offering DIBS which is up to 4.75% or upfront cash of 3% to cover for the loan interest during contruction. Can I know which option have you choose ? Need to know the pros and cons before signing. |

Pass by the area today. I see Mrt development faster than this project..PJD taking their sweet time to develop. Any reason?
