I went on the 1st day...1st batch to went in....all 533sf unit sold out...1 aunty keep scold them. Later on being told that there is agent selling it with under table money rm10k. 1 agent mark for 30 unit

Wonder if the agent is pjd internal agent - with spec and a bit plum n short?

He call to my h/p. I think over all 533sf got 90 unit. 1 agent hold 30 unit and the salesman told me the PJD director sapu some also

so 30units x 10k = 300k easy money for he?

WTF like this also can... this is not good for genuine buyers..

and most important is TAX FREE

Sure hope everyone will boycott these undertable studio units so that the unethical agent is forced to release it back to the public with the initial price or maybe lower. Hehe.. just grunting, won't happened cos sure got greedy buyers out there.

This is only 1 of the agent as i know. There some other agent hold lesser unit.

Of coz this agent either pakat with the developer or with the sales management team.

10k is only at the 1st day. They will increase soon.

Most important this agent no need make any commitment buy applying loan / downpayment to hold the units

They WANT this to happen!

The PJD people make undertable money, on top of good sales impression. Now it is obvious how come the units taken up so quickly despite the high price....it was not sold out at all.

Just to let you know.

I got my 2 studios before official public launch as I knew their purchaser.( networking la)

I believe no undertable $$ invloved. Maybe loan rejected case and give some money Rm10/- for belanja kopi only
