even fully furnish..also very high price in that area..kampung area even near future mrt =.=...nearest condo for youcity still have GT208, imperial residency, connaught anevue .......

I dont think RM800 psf, it shld be ranged from RM500-RM600 psf, before discount.

next week preview launch..anyone going?i just received letter . 10 + 2% with dibs

if 8000++ people get the letter and go there next weekend, then really looks like pasar....

anyway, if 400k for 500sqft, then really expensive....
but if 400k for 1200sqft, then too cheap for that area also.... (provided MRT is succeeded)

hmmm possible 700 psf gua..but in kind of that area with this kind of price

The selling price very high. i just visit THe Mark Condo , 618sqft start selling price is 360K. mean 1sqft -RM580. consider higer, if You city 700psf Wah!! so expensive even have future LRT.

is it worth ar this area so expensive? I mean a 1000sft condo costing around 600k - 700k...arent there so many other options for this price?

Rich people will still buy. Mrt is very near, be ready to pay if you want such place.. This year Conner condo price will hit another high site! Good job, Malaysian!

With such a high price in Cheras, i would rather choose Seri Riana in Wangsa Walk, high end condo, walking distance to LRT and shopping complex, 10 min to KLCC....why still want pay high price for Cheras Bt 9?

Property market in Cheras-kajang area is booming la...
And there got a lot of "old money" people.

It's not restricted to cheras area only....I would say most of the newly launched condo/service apartment in klang valley are at least RM500psf and above.
