Min rm412k for 533sq.ft? Don't u think it's way too expensive? Nearby 2 1/2 storey Sunway Cheras selling at rm900k for more than 3k sq.ft.
How much need rent in order to cover installment and maintenance fees? nearest working crowd shld b Giant hypermarket, I think even d complex manager also can't afford to rent a unit.

just talk to the SA..for the smallest unit ard 5XX sq ft is going for RM270K..so ard RM490 per sq ft..
worth it??

Just back from their showroom,
heard that only ard 100 units of studio 533sqft for sales and 30% are bumi
IMHO, very hard to get one...the next size is 1200 sqft ard 6xxk which is not my cup of tea.
by the way, today is top management booking day
wat's left for us?

Per sqft is RM 425.

How much is the booking fee? And do we need to pay the 10% upon signing S&P?
