bro, different purchase strategy. buying a ready compare to a going to built unit is much much harder for a average joe.

completed unit, u need to serve the full installment straight away.

average joe, they still choose new launch unit with dibs. full installment kick in after completion or normally 3 years later. with dibs, 1st 3 years principle is much much lower and which depends on billing too.

normally with dibs, sure the launch selling price shoot up jor...

but it does give you 3 years time to jump company .... rabbit hop.... to get more money... :-)

while Suria Residence near to Iresidence.

New condo is somewhere in the between of them.

All busy focus in kajang and semenyih, almost forget balakong and mahkota still got ample of lands. I targeted this 2 area quite sometime. When the MRT launched last year, all these super building suddenly mushroom out.

Haha, every "ong" place also facing the same problem, either the access is too bad or the place is too "ong", still praying and waiting for another round or traffic relief. Imagine, 8 years ago, only got 1 access in out fir sg long and bmc, but last 4 years ago, the local demanded another exit at bmc, another new exit connecting silk highway? Highly possible. Things always will look for new upgrade. No worry too much, if found a good and afforadble buy, go ahead, property wont depreciate and freehold is hard to find nowaday

Its true but the access is really horrible BMC use to be dead but after Jusco come in it boomed. Silk highway u can only exit but not able to enter from sg long, u need to go down to balakong lo....

Just hope there will be new connection to SILK highway. BTW, najib already abolished 1 toll collection for sg long, should be something good to share

But coming out from sg long still need to pay tol right cant really remember. I only know long jam if going into BMC at cheras perdana is horrible many friends still complaint sampai some have to use tmn len sen road to come home.

I think BMC need a direct access instead of using that sot sot traffic light

Don't expect to get cheap condo from this developer. You can dream but reality it will be expensive. I would expect this project to be as expensive as the You one @ USJ. Avg 600 psf.. Good luck!
