To be honest, this area is a bit run down with a lot of old houses and there is a wet market nearby. Roads are narrow and the area are mostly occupied by middle to lower class people. However, few developers (Mah Sing & LYL) are building some high end bungalows (few millions) in the smaller parcel of land located nearby the forest reserve. The main road from the PGA (Pasukan Gerakan Am) is currently being upgraded to 4 lane (two way) all the way until the Hijauan Residence (G&G project by Mah Sing).
The infrastructure in this place is getting better and I would say that this location is quite strategic as it is consider quite close to KL (toll free). In fact it takes only about 10 minutes to reach Midvalley using East-West link (if no jam). More developments are coming in and also there will be MRT line in the future (keep finger crossed).
But I'm a bit sceptic about this development due to the fact that this is in Cheras. Most upgraders from outstation would normally go for other more renowned area like puchong, kinrara, bukit jalil, pj, damansara and etc....I see that most of the house buyers in Cheras are mostly upgrader from Cheras itself.
Anyway, the above are just my 2 cents....
