Don't expect to get cheap condo from this developer. You can dream but reality it will be expensive. I would expect this project to be as expensive as the You one @ USJ. Avg 600 psf.. Good luck!

Rich people will still buy. Mrt is very near, be ready to pay if you want such place.. This year Conner condo price will hit another high site! Good job, Malaysian!

If per sq feet really at RM430, this is not a bad price after all. I like the location near to highway and MRT in the future... This is good and also it is freehold. What i concern is:

1. Access - In and out?
2. Maintenance cost?

400 units is not a lot...
But 400 units with the current RM 430 psf and above, that's sold out in just few days, it's a surprise to me...
If you see previous few months back, many new development still not yet sold out leh...
