that why I said this place have hig potential as still have many old kilang freehold land waiting for $$ up to move out.

the one next to shell station owner already bought an industry land in semenyih

and that shell station and the kiland next to it, another potential youcity 3

i know that kajang , semeyih population keep increase and develop , but batu 9 is the main road there need to pass by to KL and PJ.

festival walk still alot potential if tenant and management good ~ you city will up to different level

my unit is renovate package . if not take it can waive of 45'000 arounds immediately if above 70% loan , if 90% loan only waive after 2 years when struction complete

good things is quite worth on it for 45K , but they are provide the basic renovate only. disadvantage is the design style may suit to you, better take a 45K do your owns design idea as my tiny point.
