i know that kajang , semeyih population keep increase and develop , but batu 9 is the main road there need to pass by to KL and PJ.

festival walk still alot potential if tenant and management good ~ you city will up to different level

try check with agent? i believe still got few unit unsold , big size or highfloor unit

could wait for new phase launch , i think more choice but price will price will up for sure

last phase is direct link to LRT and on top of mall sure expensive ~

but may in small unit like soho only in new phase . but still a good choice in easy rental out

Anyone take the renovation package ?

my unit is renovate package . if not take it can waive of 45'000 arounds immediately if above 70% loan , if 90% loan only waive after 2 years when struction complete

i take renovate package also just not sure is the good choice or not. 45k just can doing basic renovation

good things is quite worth on it for 45K , but they are provide the basic renovate only. disadvantage is the design style may suit to you, better take a 45K do your owns design idea as my tiny point.

i wonder if i can ask for the renovation package not? I m the you residence phase 1 owner
