Any latest update about the progress of the project at site? Anyone???

Recent launches this year has been slow down. The price has been steadily maintain around the same price, I won't see any increase in price psf for new launch,maybe slightly different.
Eg. OKR project r now selling less than 600psf which is the same n or lesser than early this year pricing.
Tropicana gardens latest phaae selling same psf as their precious launch with even fully furnishing.
Rainz selling unbelievably low psf 560-580psf after rebates.
even Sg Long upcoming new condo would be selling 500psf+
some projecrs are catching the price, but those prime location seems like slowing down in price.

Wonder when PJD gonna launch their You Place, they should priced their new launched properly otherwise would affect the sales badly. I believe would be similar or slightly increase only with more diacount and more furnishing given. Don't tell me apa mrt walking distance apa mall. The mall still have to depends the quality of tenants and management, otherwise wil be another ss2 mall.

still project how % sold out after so long launch??

yes, i oso curious to know their nex launching price point, current unsold unit of youvista killing ppl certain unit starting 850k onwards.

Who knows will be another tropicana, same price point as previous phase with fully furnished?
If that's the case, don't you think it's pretty attractive to get the latest phase YouPlace? And nearer to the mrt station and You Festive Walk too. PJD can consider, so can be win win situation. New buyer happy, developer happy with the sales.
They r just like all da business man, selling product with markup price to customer. Nowadays not all developer building Sweet Home but selling product saje la...

when market goes bad it can happen.
already happend in bolehland from the past.
around 1987 was the classic property bubble in bolehland.
later buyer get cheaper.

Won't cheaper but perhaps same price or slightly increase, or with different furnishing n package.

will MRT exchange increase the property value again since MRT 1 is comfirm there.

it is great news if exchange make it on suntext, direct connect to MRT2 .. super !! on early plan it is figure out on Leisure mall . now become a good location in two MRT exchange station.

Curious only....Let's see if PJD will use the term interchange (instead of just MRT station) as one selling point in any upcoming launch....
