pjd is osk sister company.
got invited to osk pj atria mall presentation.... sibeh jialat. they no hirer any expert to run the mall. all manage by themselves. you city mall same also. totally inexperience in tenant mix and category arrangement .... compare to sunway, 1u and capitamall. sibeh jialat liao. worse than the starling mall. for my opinion you vista good for own stay , peaceful come with MRT and mall and ekocheras is mainly for investment.
