I am from shah alam. my kampung at Tg Karang. Every week i for sure go through Bandar Seri Coalfield to my kampung. Your place is very quiet. Same like my kampung. I like the environment.

Since house price at Shah Alam like crazy already, i plan to buy at Bandar Seri Coalfield. if anybody want to sell out, please PM me.

I am buyer, not agent. My friend told me to rent first before buy. can rent as cheap as RM800.00. Seriously??? My current apartment pay to bank RM750.00 and can rent out RM1500.00. For Bandar Seri Coalfield should get more right?

hi, I am considering to own a house at BSC, went to the show house yesterday. From the google map, the nearest school is SK Saujana Utama, its about 9km from BSC. Any other school nearby? And also from the master plan, KLK does include a lot for school, any news on that?

There are also schools in Puncak Alam, about same distance.

In BSC, developer has allocated and hand-over 2 land plots for schools. But it is up to government to built. And government will only built when they see demand. So may take time.

KlK has plans to bring in a chinese school and also is actively discussing with some international schools to set up a branch in BSC. Maybe in one or two years time something will materialise.



Rental is all a game of demand and supply. If a lot of people want to rent, 2-3 K also can get. BSC not at that stage yet.
Now rental is about RM1000. Because many new houses, supply more than demand.

Hi BSC residents..

I plan to buy Ixora. Honestly i like the landscape, masterplan, design and quality offer by Ixora and KLK. But I have few questions.

1) For those working in centre of KL, which road u prefer? Latar-Templer-Jalan Kucing @ Latar-Plus-Jln Duta @ Old road-Sg buloh-Jln Duta?

2) Time need to reach KL (morning) and go back to BSC (afternoon)?

3) Why still not many resident move in to BSC? Or only my perception because i came on weekend.

4) what's your opinion on developer? Is KLK doing good and notice any residents complaint?

5) what's the most bad thing u feel about BSC? and KLK need to improvise.

)1 Not work in KL so don't know. But I will take the Latar-Plus-Jln Duta if I have to go KL

3) Currently not fully occupied yet. If weekend yes quieter b'cos many people balik kampung.

4) The current team from KLK is working closely with the residents. So far has been responsive and supportive. The current leadership of KLK property has long sighted vision, and a lot of changes and new developments to enhance the township will happen soon. Expect some announcements by next month.
Better let KLK talk since I dun work for them.

5) Still lacking in amenities. Have to travel a bit to Puncak Alam to buy things, schools etc. 10 -15 minutes away.
Hopefully as the population grows, more shops will open at the BSC waterfront.
