Yeaterday at Banyan 1, saw workers laid underground black tubes. Asked them and they said it is for internet by TM. The wiring to be put in is coming and he said everything will be done roughly in 2 months.

so by year end should get connection (incl some delay)

According to some KLK staff, a super market will be completed near the waterfront in about 18 months! Anyone knows more details? The Google map shows many new ground layouts.

Ada orang tanam 'tanaman kontan' ( cash crops)? Eg. Papaya, pisang or fruit trees that has commercial potential outside around fences or tanah lapang.
Received a letter from Setiausaha MDKS that they will remove such crops planted in BSC! Owners of property cannot claim any compensation arising from the work involved.

A check in the website reviews that Kip Mart has:

1) a food court
2) a neat wet market
3) many retail booths
4) air-cond eateries
5) ATMs

All inside a big air cond complex! Wonder if it is single or double storey building.

Had been considered between Hill Park Meranti/Cherry 3/Olive and BSC Ixora and after some surveyed and comparison, I had make a decision to go with the Ixora. Meranti/Cherry3/Olive got very attractive package, got discount and cash back some more and much cheaper. However location more deep inside and built up area for the house is smaller. And if u take the price of the Hillpark house after discount and divide it to the built up area of the house, u will find price per sq feet for Hillpark is much expensive compare to Ixora. I also feel that Ixora fit and finish have more quality
