lol, i doubt if he would want to sell. that house got quite a huge land as well. and i really think at worst he would rent out to a kindergarten operator anyway. he got like 3 offers already, but a bit reluctant since if rent out sure the condition really bad later. but then again, money talks....

Dear Owner or tenant Residents,
Some updates from RA Bdr Seri Coalfields.

We are organizing 2nd round RA MEMBERSHIP drive and TM REGISTRATION THIS SATURDAY (1st Nov) & SUNDAY (2nd Nov) at the mamak (Restoran Yusof) opp Areca.
Representatives will be there during 10am-12pm and 3pm-5pm.
RA membership drive - RM50 one-time.
We hope as many of you can join to be a member because we cannot move forward without funds. Please note that joining is voluntary.
TM registration - Many of you are frustrated because TM is not yet connected. After speaking with a rep from TM in Saujana Utama, with the assistance of Mr. Foo from KLK, we have been told that the first step is to get as many residents to fill up the forms and register. PLEASE COME AND REGISTER. Bring your IC along.
We will be providing you numbered receipts and official RA stamp for your records.
We all look forward to your kind support and generosity!

Anyobody can see that Bandar Seri Coalfields looks large and grand from the entrance! More shops opposite the 2nd. Phase semi-ds are being built. According to KLK developer staff, the business hub will be open for sale next year. Lets hope that those shops are bigger than those at the entrance. I hope to see nice eateries there. So far those at the entrance have 3 Nasi Kandar shops. Waiting patiently for Chinese restaurants.
