Hi BSC residents..

I plan to buy Ixora. Honestly i like the landscape, masterplan, design and quality offer by Ixora and KLK. But I have few questions.

1) For those working in centre of KL, which road u prefer? Latar-Templer-Jalan Kucing @ Latar-Plus-Jln Duta @ Old road-Sg buloh-Jln Duta?

2) Time need to reach KL (morning) and go back to BSC (afternoon)?

3) Why still not many resident move in to BSC? Or only my perception because i came on weekend.

4) what's your opinion on developer? Is KLK doing good and notice any residents complaint?

5) what's the most bad thing u feel about BSC? and KLK need to improvise.
