The most important selling point of BSC is freehold land with higher build up and reputable developer. BSC is nearer to Latar and Guthrie exit which is also crucial to their resident. But BSC seems like a stand alone town where it was few km from Puncak Alam town and about 8-10km away from Saujana Utama. But it is good news Eco Garden is coming become the neighbor of BSC.
Hillpark has it own advantage where it is next to already built Saujana Utama and it is nearer to proposed DASH. Other than that Hillpark is right beside the Eco Garden project from Ecoworld which will makes Hillpark located in between of Saujana Utama and Eco Garden. One of the biggest drawback of Hillpark would be the build up area as it is consider small. If not mistaken all Puncak Alam land was leasehold, so no complain if anyone choose to stay at puncak alam.
No matter it is BSC from KLK, Hillpark from MKH, SA 2 from IJM and Eco Garden from Ecoworld, the area of Bandar Seri Coalfields and Puncak Alam will have huge potential to grow further.
Agree with you. For me who works in KL, near the highway is a crucial point since it quite a distance to travel to work everyday. For renting out, l would say hill park would be better since it nearer to the uitm/saujana utama & rental demand among the student might be good. Have very high hope for these place to boom.

For latest phase, the developer provide anti-climbing perimeter fencing & guard patroling service for 2 years but not mentioned it is G&G. During signing of the s&p, the lawyer did provide the agreement for the developer to perform a RA on behalf of the purchaser.
