Mine has some defects that they do not have the same color tiles so delayed a bit. sadly till now still not repaired.

it becoz the owner of that particular selfish land burn the hutan.
i already call bomba.. this morning again the smoke didnt reduce at all from last night and bomba said from their previous investigation. the owner sendiri bakar.. now i want to lodge a complaint to JAS.. for almost 2 month la i think.. smoke sampai tak boleh nafas lah.. so selfish!.. haih..

i think becoz of density still not high.. so the main tank can still cater for current density. They cut off the water supply which goes to main tank of the residential area.
So if less people use it.. more water still left in main tank.
Use water wisely. so we wont get trouble for the 'catuan air' =)

oic...no wonder lah....this morning lesser smoke.....

Do you proceed with renovation work even the contactor hasn't repaired your defect? It has been a month after sending the defects complaints form to contactor, since then no repair work hasn'tbe done yet.

I proceed with my renovation since they are really minor and is not at the area with defects. You can ask Mr Wong and see if its ok to proceed with reno. At least thats what I do. Just my 2 cents.

Hi Crab, is it the building itself or the plastering. Cos with this hot weather i think plastering will start to crack. Anyway, i think Areca house use a of plasterings.

If you haven 't done any drilling work that can vibrate and bring about hairline splits on a wall and the adjacent wall, it is a defect. Otherwise, may not be covered as a defect.

Without any disturbance, too many cracks on many places indicate bad plastering in the first place. Those are defects.
