I dunno about KLK but got some developers will distribute one form to buyer if they want to request additional electrical point for their house...of course need to pay extra for that.

Hey... count me in too. Intent to install solar heater. But before I do that, any of you can advise me on solar heater (which is costly) or heater tank (which is cheaper). Tks guys.

may be you can consider solar power installation.

Maybe can get together to buy in bulk, get group discount e.g. solar power unit
If the supplier is assured of few units in one area, maybe can get good discount.

Usually quite difficult to get developer to do something not already in the S&P, as can get very messy.
KLK is not the super friendly type, if you ask me.

Small-time developer is more flexible and could take higher risk because if anything goes wrong against the law, they can just tah pao and disappear. However, big-time developer such as KLK cannot afford to bend on the rules, or else deep shit follows and who is going to feed their thousands of employees?

just received letter from KLK for another 10% payment. look like progress is fast.

yes we should definitely group up for renovation - cabinets, a/c, etc. Get one or 2 good contractors who can do everything and give us group discount
