Just passed the BSC site last weekend, seem like they had completed some kind of "single storey" row of house. Mr. Uniglo, is it temporary hostel for the construction workers?

Others look like still in the building the structural framework.

Didn't visit for 3 weeks, a lot of outstation work lately.

Just got letter for 1st 10% progress payment (Banyan)

Must go see if the pillars are really up.....

Haha..i also no have any update at the moment, seem like everything slow down in this month, too many festivals and events kot xD

I have a shophouse in desa coalfield and I believe 5 years ago the smell was bad
My tenant did complain to me but nowadays I haven't hear him complain about it
The smell was from a chicken farm in the oil palm estates

Thx for reassuring us again.

Our own mr stl has also checked and verify no smell at Phase 1 site before he buy. So can rest easy.

Banyan pillars up already? The retention pond was bigger than I thought, but not very deep.
Should provide a good buffer against the main road. Hope KLK will landscape it nicely.

Overall however somehow feel that progress rate has slow down a bit. Not many rows added compare to last time I survey.
Hopefully next year KLK go full steam.........

Well maybr the tenant too tired to complain anymore, and i tink u cannot be sure by no smell just after a few visits....i spoke to some residents and they said sometimes once a momth...but i also heard the chicken farm may be moving away...not sure...
