My saga got broken into last night..
Nothing serious gone except my office keys, a deck of bicycle cards, and windshield phone holder(RM 10).
Valuables not taken touch n go, autopass, expensive sunglasses, coins, and limited edition ferarri water bottle from shell.. and the car..
Engine parts still there... tyre all there... jack and tools all untouched. radio all intact..

This is shocking when I go into my car this early morning..
Any good recommandation of security system to install to my car?

Sorry for your loss, unknowmaster.

The important thing is your life and some of your valuables are safe.

sg999,
yeah, we shouldnt leave things in plain sight. It's like tempting the thieves to steal.

As for the smooth acceleration part, press accelerator pedal a bit, let it move first, then gradually press further. That's what you guys are doing now, right? Still jerks?
Not really. It's more of a luck thing, I guess.

Yes, I think most of us are doing that and it still jerks like shit after morning cold start. Babi betul.

I appreciated my Saga even more after i driven a Maivee last Saturday. Stupid steering wheel feels like sotong, brakes are rubbish and dampening is like shit.

the car is basiclly to light cuz of the steel they used on the body
our car use HTS which BMW use...which is also why BMW so stable
and steering/handling is not a selling point of p2/toyota...they never have intention to improve it
which explains stupid steering

For me, I get the jerking when shifting the first few gears on a cold start. It's annoying. So normally I just rev it harder to shift up faster. That tends to solve most problems. laugh.gif

I really suspect it's sensor problem. I remember someone here mentioning could be the sensors not warmed up yet, so readings may be inaccurate.

I also agree on the warm up part

The jerking will be even more bone snapping when it is very cold (5am/6am in morning).
