heavy steering is good. myvi one is like for sissy to drive. You cant feel anything at all from the steering wheel. Feels so disconnected. And the brakes are rubbish. There's no such thing as "brake a little". Its either you didn't brake or you fully brake.

gearbox is jerky because you are driving it like a normal auto. The tip to a smooth pick up is to slot in the gear lever to D, release the handbrakes, let it roll a little then only gradually press more throttle. Dont straight away slot D and terus pijak. Memang akan jerk like hell. CVT isn't fully mechanical. It has an individual software to do some calculation one.

yay, welcome to the sudden overheat lamp comes on club.

on a serious note, after my lamp comes on, I didn't go send the car for a check up. Car is still running fine till now, with some occasionally 120-140 moments...

It's not smooth cos driver not used to CVT handling. GB is never jerky, think u referring to the accelerator.

nope..it is not the belt, only the tensioner arm...a metal thingy where the belt is attached and faciliate the movement of the belt..

But I didn't wait 3 minutes like you lah. I signalled to the left then stop (lucky got bus stop). Straight away off engine, wait around 10-20 sec then restart engine. Jalan slow slow back home.

Then the next day lazy wanna go sc service. Continue become hooligan again.

I was panic that time, as there are many cars behind me at toll station,
n I try to engage L gear and Reverse gear to see whether my car can move at all,
but totally can't, and I keep try to pijak throttle,
that's hw d 3 minutes gone

I din't wait 10-20 seconds after off the engine,
I jz simply restart after off it, and there gone the check gearbox light
I was like when my car can move jz after restart,
but felt relief oso la, if nt tak tau nak macam mane zzzz
