this Saga FLX using 6speed engine right???Honda City 2003 using 7Speed right???

I like the honda city because it really save petrol...any flx user here,mind to share some experience...bcs booked a Saga FLX Executive Auto dy...hope wont regret...but this is the only car meet my budget..and take silver color...the safety color ever...haha...

I was involved in an accident. Nothing major.

I was coming out of a junction, inside a yellow box, slowly inching my way out to cross to the other side of the road. Other motorists have stopped for me as there is a yellow box. As I was about to cross over, a fast moving motorcyclist whacked me at the driver's side.

A little bit of scratches and tyre marks and the lower part of my car is slightly bent.

I asked him to compensate me since he was riding so fast and crashed into my car but the ******* (which is a Chinese btw) told me to go fly kite and sped off. Luckily I took down his number plate.

Should I report to police even if damage is minimal? I know I won't get compensated but he will be fined by the cops. Does that justify all the hassle? First time involved in accident so forgive me if I'm naive or being silly.

guyz is it normal SAGA FL 1.3 1 bar = 40km? i already did my 1k services..

Technically he has right of way. Even if u want to make report, polis may not want to waste stationery. I was involved in same accident before. Other cars stopped for me to go but speeding motorbike crashed into my passenger door smashing the screen. My dad sitting sitting passenger side just got down and gave the motorcyclist a tight slap. No reports made cos motorbike has right of way.

What?! Most of the time, other motorcyclist will slow down and let the car in the yellow box go.

How can he have the right of way when there's a freekin yellow box allowing other motorists to slowly move over to the opposite lane.

All I wanted was RM 50, now he's gonna get a RM 300 fine. And my friend was telling me that Chinese people are the most understanding people in this country haha. That statement is so ridiculous.

He's going straight and u r making a turn, right? So he has right of way.
Also traffic rules say that vehicles must give way to others coming from the right.
In this sense, whether he was speeding or not is not relevant. When making a right turn, u failed to keep a "proper lookout" for vehicles coming from the right.

It's just like vehicles hitting u from behind. No matter what the circumstances, vehicle behind is always in the wrong. U baru dapat lesen kah?

Last year my BLM was banged on the behind by motorbike, his is drunk, my rear screen smashed. goto report, lose rm300 saman.. police said ' big vs small vehical, big salah..case awak ini dua-dua kena saman'. so now, small accident, don't report. save the $$ for the repair.

It is just a slight scratch, which mean slight scratch of your wallet.
