Added on October 17, 2012, 1:30 amCitibank dropped from 400+ to current 37 five years ago, and BAC from 50 to 9.5.
If (a big if) US economy really recovering in the next 3-5 years, can these banks recover back to that level?  hmm.gif

The big banks of US are in the "too big to fail" category.. so they will slowly climb.... err.. pushed back up by the "invisible hands" of US Fed. whistling.gif

if they able to move back that price in 10 years time, that's still a very handsome gain of 10-year CAGR 50-100%! laugh.gif

1 LOT? What do mean by 1 LOT? How many in your definition?

You can buy 1 SHARE... yes that is $649.79 (yesterday closing price) per share.

As long SogoTrade has SIPC protection.. your shares that you've bought through them is safe.
But, if you don't trust SogoTrade anymore, you can TRANSFER it out to another brokerage.. this is easy to do.
They'll will ask you to fill out some paperwork.

Ohh.. nice profits. thumbup.gif

I've just finished watching 2nd debate.. Obama bounced backup this time. Romney falters on some facts but didn't do too bad. Both candidates didn't have clear specifics on how to reduce US huge deficits.. after year end regardless of who wins, if US congress doesn't do anything with fiscal cliff.. EVERYthing will go downhill. Watch for short opportunity here.. brows.gif

The rating agency (S&P,Moody and Fitch) will probably downgrade of US .. maybe we'll get that 20% pullback next year. laugh.gif

fishes are waiting for clear results after usa elections, then they start buying (but they r way too late to the party doh.gif )
during that hooray period, momo can start sell their holdings to the fishes brows.gif (we prepare for short drool.gif )
few months later, momo use 'fiscal cliff 24hours news' to scare fishes again, to collect cheap shares (pullback yeeha icon_idea.gif )
the merry go round goes round and round, so just stick to the script and dun hear those biz news laugh.gif

Aiyo..what is -90% return? shocking.gif

If one is holding equity and you get pummeled with -20% (that's max loss most pros will tolerate), must cabut already,
otherwise you don't have enough capital to play.

Anyway, BAC Q3 results came in better than expected.
EPS: 0.00 (break even) vs -0.07 (loss expected)
Revenue: 22.5 bln vs 21.89B (expected)
When less bad is good. thumbup.gif

INTC getting crushed with poor results.. being downgraded.
- 8% drop in demand.
IBM also missed expectations..

Techs are showing profit warning signs. hmm.gif

Housing, banking and Tech are the 3 major windows for economy condition?
First 2 seems recovering, and one is down slightly.
So....uncertainty?? tongue.gif

Don't risk more than 1% of your total capital in a trade. Let say if you have $100k to trade, each trade risk should not more than $1k. For options, stop usually around 20%-30% depending on how much risk you can stomach. If you lost that one, you still have 99 more times to try. That way you will never get -90% return again.
