Judging by today price action.. the bulls gave up near closing and the price went all the way down to session low and broke the $630 (line in the sand) by closing. Darn, I could have jump back to the PUTs side.. doh.gif Oh well.. can't be too greedy. whistling.gif

Yeah $590~$600 range could be next range play... if next support at 615-620 breaks down.

AAPL definitely walking down the steps here for now... today US appeal court on reversal on Samsung
phones sale banned probably has triggered more sell off.

Options trading also a type of gambling. Why restrict yourself?
*
Any trading is not a gambling if the system reliability is more than than 60% profitable. Entry and exit decision based on particular concept with deterministic expectancy. Trading become gambling if the outcome is random outcome.

LOL!

AAPL, oh wait..it already touched $700..
So, it's ok let AAPL walk down to $600 as next target. brows.gif

That $100 walk down could give us a lot of opportunity to make money. laugh.gif

A medium to long term options trading using strategy is far from gambling unlike day trading.

yes, enough is enough. Just stick to trading. U cannot win with your Apple is GOD or superior, every DOG have its day, remember that.

what are u trying so hard to defend Apple? You are just to obsessive and possessive. Means you are physiologically sick. Kudos to Apple to make u one.

I did not say Apple is god or superior. Please do not put words in my mouth. I am not defending anything. I am just refuting your lies that a pc boots faster than a mac.

This shows the level of your maturity where an argument on boot time turned into a personal attack. I have show proof and links but instead you ignore them. I am not interested in a personal attack, you can say what you want.

Yeah..it is holding at support at 1428 now (exactly at 50ma)... line in the sand. Next week.. if drops below there.
Looks like its going to be 30pts drop to 1400, then 25pts to 1375 area (bounce or die here),
below that, its' land of the bears! brows.gif

Yes, definitely possible but you got 15% tax on divi...so you need to hold and earn more.
Depending on your time horizon, maybe better play stock with better capital gain.. no tax.

Wall Street crooks robbed both banks today despite strong earnings ... both JPM and WFC got whacked.

WFC got really good numbers.. beat on both eps and revenue but just a slight miss on net.interest margin,
the trading machines took off -2.64% anyway. wtf.. doh.gif

Next week to watch: BAC and C!

Doesn't really matter....the markets were already overbought for a very long time because of all the stimulus going on...the selldown is long overdue...I would like to see it go below 1400...

If you guys have a bearish view, do you short sell the stocks directly or you use options to speculate, mainly?

Can you tell us why you choose this one? I read a bit on the web and it said it opened shop since 2000. Rather new but it won quite some awards.
So you open your account from their Singapore outlet in George Street?
Is there anything we need to do regarding tax issue? Any necessarily capital gain tax claiming back and how about tax on dividend? Can claim back?

I take a look at their account opening faq and found the following table. I must say I'm still an idiot on trading options and futures. If anyone can help, please give a brief lesson and that would be greatly appreciated! Mainly, wish to see just some real-life trading examples on options and futures. Thank you very much!

It says: Clients will be authorized to trade options after being reviewed based on experience and financial background among other criteria. Accounts will receive one of the following option trading levels:

Trading Disabled ×
Trading Stocks / Bonds / Mutual Funds × × × × × ×
Covered Call Writing / Short Stock Sales × × × × ×
Buying Calls and Puts / Covered Put Writing × × × ×
Debit Spreads × × ×
Credit Spreads / Equity Put Writing × ×
Naked Equity Call Writing / Naked Index Put & Call Writing ×

Which means, if I am new to options, then they won't accept my account opening?
