just want to share, after using Starbust ROM + pershoot kernel @1.2Ghz + V6 SuperCharger for 1 week, I'll say that the combo makes the Tab completely and utterly smooth, it is lag free, not even minor stutters.
Recommend everyone with a Wifi Tab try out this combo.

Facebook app 1.7 optimized for Honeycomb is really buggy...anyone tried yet ?

yes...

for ROOT users, try out Honeybar, what it does is hide/unhide the notification bar by touching on a specific area (for most tab, its right at the center, but for Touchwiz users, its on the left side of the TouchWiz arrow), there will be a white indicator for the area which can be turned off manually or after 10 uses.
Make sure after installing the app, open it for setup. One problem is that its not available in our market, so you'll have to search it for yourself *ahem

couple this with web browser Quick Control you'll get a FULL SCREEN web browsing experience,
for those who doesn't know yet, to enable Quick Control, in the browser -> Settings -> Labs -> Quick Control. This will hide the Tabs bar, and enable a quick control menu when u swipe from the right edge of the screen.

It seem you can predict the future. Take it easy bro, even u're saying all these, i couldn't get a single clue on optimizing my tab. It's not a tablet war question or who's on waterfish side. Thanks for your input anyways.

use for a few days and see what u need.. then go online search for appropriate apps for it.. flashing will be last..

on par? fruitpad is no where near our tab man.. try put some widgets (IF THEY GOT BALLS TO LET USERS ADD WIDGETS) into fruitpad then the pad will lag the shit out of u.. 

currently without OC also very smooth just occasionally some lag due after using memory heavy apps cz it needs to reload yr background processes again.. which i can tolerate easily..

Just use custom ROM, Broodcomb V2, more responsive and smooth. Recommended. I download Overcome but decide to stick with Broodcomb. iPad? I'll pass.

Oh. If anyone need to change the Browser agent to "Desktop", do as per below. Open you Browser.

1. On Address bar, "about:debug" without quote
2. Go to Setting > Debug > UAString > Dekstop.

Done!

And, if anyone having problem with their wallpaper setting (crop?), go to market on your tab, search "Wallpaper for Tablets" and yes, with quote.
