My list of Top Frequently Used Free Apps / Software:
Adium
AppCleaner
Burn
Colloquy (if you still using IRC)
Firefox
Growl
MPlayer OSX Extended (in my point of view better than VLC)
Perian
Plex (plays HD 1080 smooth like butter when other players fails to perform well)
Transmission

software are merely arrange in alphabetic order... not in more favor or most used

LOL..Norton antivirus? WTH? No use getting a mac if ur gonna install an anti virus. Besides even if i need anti virus also i will get kaspersky or bit defender..

Not needed rclxms.gif . In my old G4, it creates so much trouble for me and in the end I deleted it. Though I installed iAntivirus on my MBW, and I feel it sorta slowed down my Mac. No antivirus for now.

7) BetterTouchTool / MagicPref (For Magic Mouse)
8) Caffeine (Prevent sleep)
9) SMCfancontrol (Control temp)
10) uTorrent (Download)

sorry to burst your bubble but those three apps arent part of ilife 09 they are parts and parcels of the Mac OSX, always have been free.
