What's ur RAM size now?n what kinda apps that u use until crashed?

Try to increase the RAM.Or u can diagnose the system via the DVD. Start the computer with System DVD inside and press D key until it boots.

Me using MPEG Streamclip. But the caveat it u need to install QT MPEG2 component if you wnt to use it. Once I manage to restore back my only home video copy by importing it bck in my Mac.

MPEG streamclip is free, but the QT MPEG2 is around RM85.

Actually you can still do it at iTunes..add the AIFF files into the iTunes, right click file in the playlist and select convert to mp3.
