yes... normally pay by installment or convert to easy payment will incur some processing fee. but do check with your ccard. i sincerely doubt got card give free convert to easy payment.

last time when i bought my sgs2 from SEP 1U, paid using ccard with installment (12mths). there was an extra rm60+ for the processing.

as for the pen... if u mean the s pen... its free and comes with the phone leh...

as for buying outright, telcos should be able to do that too. but if cannot, then any shop selling samsung phones. but i'd advice buying from SEP. 2 yrs warranty. i know there's 1 SEP in 1U.

no extra charges for Citibank conversion. you just call them up and they will divide the sum over the number of months, of course plus the interest at 9%+ i think.

I think it is the s-pen container that makes the s-pen a bigger pen.
It is easier to hold.

i think sep will even sell it today. but maybe only to their trusted partners.

hopefully! maybe they are just not allowed to sell to public yet during the exclusivity period
