Babi betul... took early off to go home and bring the car to sentell jaya service center to have a look at and ask for opinion. Then later they show me the number to call to complaint, and Sg Choh P2 don't pick up the phone already because it is 5.00pm on the dot.

"Sila tinggalkan pesanan dan kami akan hubungi anda." FCUK U!!!!

I now have a chance to go underneath the car and examine everything. What I am about to say will reduce the good will of our cars but it is better than to be "hired assassins" for P2, cos u don't get paid for killing someone.

I think I just upload the pictures. The pictures will show you everything there is to know. Evidence is there.

Added on November 21, 2011, 5:22 pmSo brothers and sisters, be careful. Check your spare tyre, if it is still there..............

anyhow, I think it's high time complain this to the media instead... and wtm(whatever his number is) can note this issue on the first post of this thread... tongue.gif

which reminds me, maybe I should remove the spare tyre... since it is smaller than standard wheels anyway...

and to n8210, I still feel you should make a cover report at the police station to safeguard yourself, in case someone turns up to file a negligence suit (though it is highly unlikely)...

Until now, more than 36 hours. Later this evening will be 48 hours... still can report?

Added on November 22, 2011, 1:28 pmI called P2 hotline, the customer service lady was ok, she helped. But when she referred to the technician, the technician asked her to reply me "kalau factory punya problem, setahun dulu sudah jatuh"

So is this kind of P2 ppl we want serving our country? Sorry man, if I am your boss, I would fire you and ask you to work in Afrika. I HOPE they will accept your lousy answer, but somehow I also believe they have progress forward and advanced enough to know your BS reply.

Your reply is like a kid who has never been to school, no parents teaching, no peer's counseling. You sort of just pick up lousy things along the way in your miserable life. I hope someday when you take something to ask someone, they will give you even more lousy replies. And yet, you agree with them and accept their stupid reply, because you deserve no better.

Nonetheless, your own customer service lady who is no technician also don't buy your crap, so she and I will continue to form a proper report and submit to higher authority. Oh by the way, I AM your immediate boss because I pay for your salary as a customer. Only your immediate manager has not know about your behaviour yet. Hopefully s/he is not a monkey like you.

ya, even they give lifetime warranty for ur car they oso have those @#$%^ reason to blame bc urs.
coz all reason will start from "kalau factory punya problem, setahun dulu sudah jatuh" no point u make noise at perodua. u complain him den upper position will come entertain u loh. den u complain again to the upper den upper upper position will entertain u. even if u make noise to upper upper position den end up ur case will pass to down position and down and down position. end up a small receptionist at counter will ask u take number and queue for checking.
maybe u can report to those consumer association. This form so call service upgraded in Malaysia.

Anyone can recommend any after-market comfy spring (like those found on Camrys) to be fitted on Alzas...?

Hi guys, my dad's friend is planning to sell his 1 year old Alza for about RM51k, it's the 1.5 EZi (Metallic/Pearl White) model. Mileage is less than 18000km... Is the price reasonable? I'm thinking of taking his offer, gonna use as a replacement for my aging Kelisa hmm.gif Any opinions will be greatly appreciated notworthy.gif

Thanks!

Turbocharged, I totally agree with you and I believe many of us, including myself greatly appreciate your kind sharing of some of the most useful info cum advice. No matter you are with P2 or not, you are a good person. My sincere appreciation.

What I am doing:-
- my own complaint letter
- service center's supporting letter and pictures as well as their technical view
- another 3rd party supporting letter and his view

The experience is this: although in general we can agree on the same thing verbally, but when we put things in words and on paper, some preference of technical terms are hard to sync and agree. Getting the letter is easy, getting the letter in your way, in the words you prefer is difficult, which is what's delaying the whole process. Tomorrow marks the one week anniversary of my Flying Tyre Circus Act. I don't think I have any choice but to take whatever I can get on Monday and submit as it is, due to the time limit.

So everyone, learn from my mistake.

I was reading a few pages back of this topic before I went for a view and test drive actually, spare tyre is still there tongue.gif Apart from the accelerator being a bit too low (hard to step for me) the car's alright, got some squeaky sounds when going across humps though... Normal? I think it's coming from the seats sweat.gif
