QUOTE(n8210 @ Nov 19 2011, 10:07 PM) No need to compare with others. If something is missing then clearly you need to report to P2. Man... since when you became like me...? Added on November 20, 2011, 8:25 pmToday, the most incredible thing happened. And I don't know who to blame if it killed someone. The story goes like this: I have recently changed 4 donuts, but never did I changed my tyres due to puncture or problems. So, I never disturbed the spare tyre from day of purchase until now. However, this afternoon as I was driving pass some kampung area with the speed around 70kph on the highway, suddenly the spare tyre came off, whole thing dropped onto the road but luckily there was no cars behind me. The metal rod flunked to the side, in front of a shop which was not open. The spare tyre however flew higher than superman and didn't know where it fell. We spent more than an hour looking around people's houses. Could not find it. And it started to rain so we gave up. WTF la... P2, u must die. This is the first and last P2 car. I wish you wear this clothing FCUK and then go hang yourself until your next generation also stuck at your buttock cannot come out. Go die kao kao. Write on their feedback page... |

QUOTE(Eithanius @ Nov 21 2011, 12:08 AM) This is due to human make mistake. The QC also very worst, I'll thought the Quality Control should be the same as toyota avanza... Cause the avanza install the car's CKB is using the Perodua Factory for installed the cars and good quality before to delivery |

Eithanius, we have the same view: we don't like P2, but we derive to this differently. I cannot accept the fact they could really have killed someone thru me. Imagine the spare tyre's weight, flung so high into the air and then dropped down. It really flew very high and that is why we can't find it... the radius is too great. So the momentum could really kill. So if it did, imagine the nightmare I have to go through my whole life, and also within the immediate state... explain to the kampung people when I have no idea how it could happen and yet be cursed by them, make police report and yet be accused by them, get lawyers to defend myself if I still survive, all these while P2 sit lay back and continue to sell us overpriced cars and go for their happy family overseas reunion cum holiday paid by the company.
I don't know if I will ever have a criminal record, or if I need to serve time in jail, but one thing is for sure, I will feel that I have taken a life of someone whom will forever be missed by his/her family. How do I forget this? 1000 holidays on the moon will also not make things right. Things will never be the same for me. All my mistake was to purchased this P2 car. So P2, you shit a$$... people's hard earn money curse on you and all your generations!! |

I personally think this have to make a serious report.I don't know if I will ever have a criminal record, or if I need to serve time in jail, but one thing is for sure, I will feel that I have taken a life of someone whom will forever be missed by his/her family. Not matter it is P2's problem or some careless worker job. Still it happened and might happen again AND hurt someone. Everyone who read this.. And where to get a new spare tyre?
Added on November 21, 2011, 10:24 amNo doubt it is of course done by a worker, but the worker is under the training of P2 and he is following the SOP of P2 on his daily job. P2 has its own QC, QA system. I can write a whole long list, but the point is... if this is not P2's job, whose job is it, Proton? VW? BMW? Consumer? Authorized seller? Govt? So clearly as fcuk it is P2. P2 matiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii This post has been edited by n8210: Nov 21 2011, 10:24 AM |

There is a screw inside the car, which you have to access from the inside by opening your trunk. That screw is still there. But the whole metal bracket came off, dropped down onto the road, while the tyre flung into air like #23 Jordan. No mood to jack the car up and investigate yet. Need to find my spare or get a new one.

i think that screw is something which people would not usik under most circumstances and also if it is already loose probably you can hear some abnormal noise prior to it flying off
my guess is the the bracket gave away all of a sudden probably due to rust etc that it snapped just my wild guess but it is fortunate that no one was hurt, outcome could be worst if there are some cars behind who could panickly tried to swerve eventhough that donut is not hurling to their direction shit happens bro just think of the brightside This post has been edited by spaceship: Nov 21 2011, 12:15 PM |

Babi betul... took early off to go home and bring the car to sentell jaya service center to have a look at and ask for opinion. Then later they show me the number to call to complaint, and Sg Choh P2 don't pick up the phone already because it is 5.00pm on the dot.
"Sila tinggalkan pesanan dan kami akan hubungi anda." FCUK U!!!! I now have a chance to go underneath the car and examine everything. What I am about to say will reduce the good will of our cars but it is better than to be "hired assassins" for P2, cos u don't get paid for killing someone. I think I just upload the pictures. The pictures will show you everything there is to know. Evidence is there. Added on November 21, 2011, 5:22 pmSo brothers and sisters, be careful. Check your spare tyre, if it is still there.............. This post has been edited by n8210: Nov 21 2011, 05:22 PM |

anyhow, I think it's high time complain this to the media instead... and wtm(whatever his number is) can note this issue on the first post of this thread...
which reminds me, maybe I should remove the spare tyre... since it is smaller than standard wheels anyway... and to n8210, I still feel you should make a cover report at the police station to safeguard yourself, in case someone turns up to file a negligence suit (though it is highly unlikely)... Until now, more than 36 hours. Later this evening will be 48 hours... still can report?
Added on November 22, 2011, 1:28 pmI called P2 hotline, the customer service lady was ok, she helped. But when she referred to the technician, the technician asked her to reply me "kalau factory punya problem, setahun dulu sudah jatuh" So is this kind of P2 ppl we want serving our country? Sorry man, if I am your boss, I would fire you and ask you to work in Afrika. I HOPE they will accept your lousy answer, but somehow I also believe they have progress forward and advanced enough to know your BS reply. Your reply is like a kid who has never been to school, no parents teaching, no peer's counseling. You sort of just pick up lousy things along the way in your miserable life. I hope someday when you take something to ask someone, they will give you even more lousy replies. And yet, you agree with them and accept their stupid reply, because you deserve no better. Nonetheless, your own customer service lady who is no technician also don't buy your crap, so she and I will continue to form a proper report and submit to higher authority. Oh by the way, I AM your immediate boss because I pay for your salary as a customer. Only your immediate manager has not know about your behaviour yet. Hopefully s/he is not a monkey like you.
