QUOTE(jackielee @ Nov 16 2011, 08:32 PM) i install my VS on 9 nov. Today my abs indicator and hand brake(leg) indicator light on while driving. is it short circuit? Is it the VS cause this? my accessories fren experience same problem which is branded HKS. His customer didnt come bc to them so no solution can ask from him. - what should i do now? - already call up the seller to take out the vs later so will send perodua tomolo. - anyone experience this before? - m i need to take out before send for perodua. if can i can do the seller a favor. so i no need go to his place. and he no need rush bc from his place. ah? which brand/ model VS u installed? original or imitation one? may be really the problems are there. if you worry u can just take out by your own. take out the black negative cable 1st, then careful cover it (avoid contact) then take out the red positive cable. done.

Ok, pick up a phone from perodua service centre. The problem find out is the ABS socket is enter by water during tinted that time which mean January that time. i repeat is cause by tinted info from perodua service centre. They charge me RM120 to clear all the water inside. Btw the tinted is done by the perodua saleman during purchase time.
Curious to know which tint shop? Is Agard Puchong(beside Nissan Tan Chong)

No need to compare with others. If something is missing then clearly you need to report to P2.
Added on November 20, 2011, 8:25 pmToday, the most incredible thing happened. And I don't know who to blame if it killed someone. The story goes like this:
I have recently changed 4 donuts, but never did I changed my tyres due to puncture or problems. So, I never disturbed the spare tyre from day of purchase until now. However, this afternoon as I was driving pass some kampung area with the speed around 70kph on the highway, suddenly the spare tyre came off, whole thing dropped onto the road but luckily there was no cars behind me. The metal rod flunked to the side, in front of a shop which was not open. The spare tyre however flew higher than superman and didn't know where it fell. We spent more than an hour looking around people's houses. Could not find it. And it started to rain so we gave up. WTF la... P2, u must die. This is the first and last P2 car. I wish you wear this clothing FCUK and then go hang yourself until your next generation also stuck at your buttock cannot come out. Go die kao kao.

13 months old. Imagine if P2 help me killed someone's father, or mother, or son or daughter. How should I repay them for whom they have lost. So P2 should go die.

Eithanius, we have the same view: we don't like P2, but we derive to this differently. I cannot accept the fact they could really have killed someone thru me. Imagine the spare tyre's weight, flung so high into the air and then dropped down. It really flew very high and that is why we can't find it... the radius is too great. So the momentum could really kill. So if it did, imagine the nightmare I have to go through my whole life, and also within the immediate state... explain to the kampung people when I have no idea how it could happen and yet be cursed by them, make police report and yet be accused by them, get lawyers to defend myself if I still survive, all these while P2 sit lay back and continue to sell us overpriced cars and go for their happy family overseas reunion cum holiday paid by the company.
I don't know if I will ever have a criminal record, or if I need to serve time in jail, but one thing is for sure, I will feel that I have taken a life of someone whom will forever be missed by his/her family. How do I forget this? 1000 holidays on the moon will also not make things right. Things will never be the same for me. All my mistake was to purchased this P2 car.
So P2, you shit a$$... people's hard earn money curse on you and all your generations!!

Gov consumer dept? Legal firm? News reporter? or all ???) Not matter it is P2's problem or some careless worker job. Still it happened and might happen again AND hurt someone. Everyone who read this.. PLEASE advice how to do This post has been edited by tyenfei: Nov 21 2011, 09:57 AM

And where to get a new spare tyre?
Added on November 21, 2011, 10:24 amNo doubt it is of course done by a worker, but the worker is under the training of P2 and he is following the SOP of P2 on his daily job. P2 has its own QC, QA system. I can write a whole long list, but the point is... if this is not P2's job, whose job is it, Proton? VW? BMW? Consumer? Authorized seller? Govt? So clearly as fcuk it is P2. P2 matiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

There is a screw inside the car, which you have to access from the inside by opening your trunk. That screw is still there. But the whole metal bracket came off, dropped down onto the road, while the tyre flung into air like #23 Jordan. No mood to jack the car up and investigate yet. Need to find my spare or get a new one.

i think that screw is something which people would not usik under most circumstances and also if it is already loose probably you can hear some abnormal noise prior to it flying off
my guess is the the bracket gave away all of a sudden probably due to rust etc that it snapped
just my wild guess but it is fortunate that no one was hurt, outcome could be worst if there are some cars behind who could panickly tried to swerve eventhough that donut is not hurling to their direction
shit happens bro just think of the brightside
