Hi All alza owners,

Just got my car last 2 days..

However, some bumping sound keep appearing on bottom part of car when the car drive on uneven road condition... very serious problem..

Anyone experience the same pro?
I ady make appointment and sent for checking on tomorrow....

Quite disappointing for this thing happen on new car...

Oops..another victim of Alza buyer.....Do you do research first before buy alza? Don't you know alza has dozen of problems?

What you can do is only send to SC as many times as possible to solve as many problem as possible....

few of my relatives are driving Alza and never encounter any major pro for past few years...

Beside the sounds, so far no other major problem appear yet...

Anyway, since bought the car, just deal with it and hope P2 SC can repair the issue asap...

They did not help me at all, as it is my own Foreman whom solve my problem. It is my front side of gantung that did not tighten at all !! They QC is really BAD

May I know are you from Southern Side? Maybe we can meet

Pretty Bad !!! Their QC check really Bad! I taught it is only Proton will have the QC issue.

Hi, just got back my car from SC, they solve the problem already.. is something related to stabilization rack things and they tighten it..
I ady filed a complaint to them and ask them report to perodua...

By the way, so far 1st experience for me is quite satisfy with their service ( at PJ, jalan universiti)....

like mine when change gearbox, i had to wait for 5 weeks... this is despite the car being sent to their HQ SC in rawang...

It's true. It depend on the parts. If the parts that are considered as 'consumable', they easily available, other than that it will take ages. My previous persona got noise problem with its IAFM unit. It doesnt effect the performance of the engine just a tok tok sound. Till now I didnt get any reply frm P1.

Hi, I just collected my alza three days ago..
I just wondering is it normal travel 240km and left 3bar fuel?
Mostly highway driving but the range still show 180 km

is this good or bad? i got my car 3 weeks already and travelled 1000+k

first full tank = 320km, 2nd full tank= 390 3rd full tank= 380 full city drive

Just came back from genting hill climbing last 2 weeks. Installed Redline filter and carried 4 person(3 girls one man) with no luggage in car.

Forced to used only second gear and floor the pedal, if not I think I will going downward. Very poor performance, my car clocked at below 30k mileage and just done servicing, half tank oil.

Struggling to climb to the top, engine is screaming(floor the pedal) but I just driving at around 18-20km/h uphill.

indeed that is the very true performance for alza genting uphill.

every here and there you step the brake, all the passenger "move" forward? ( i can think of this because alza is quite high compared to sedan )

That's normal... Usual on the high side for an engine that has not run in yet...

faulty... it was a common problem with 2009 and 2010 models... maybe a bit on 2011...

mine is 2013 Model, dun know what is the common problem for my car
so they change the whole gearbox to u?
