QUOTE(Eithanius @ Apr 24 2013, 07:07 PM) Sad to say for the Alza, that's a big NO.... http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1911448/allI've asked the same thing to P2 two years ago... until now still no such item. I don't know if the original JDM model does not support such accessories, or P2 does not offer it completely. But P2 has been offering accessories that are more "showing off" than functional... this is the only source i found. but unactive anymore. ![]() ![]() |

QUOTE(lunacy @ Apr 26 2013, 01:27 AM) Tear n wear cant avoid, but question is after 10 years, spare part still in production or not ? if i buy Alza, the last row is meant to bend down for more storage space.Seriously, alza can fit 5 person comfortable, not 7. The last row, no adult can fit, only kids can. But if u are driving long journey, do u wan a kid to sit last row ? Where its only protected by few inch of car body ? Imagine, some from behind bang u. So i dont see the point having last row seats, except luggage. Almera cannot fit 5 person comfortable. But the ride for 4 is very comfortable. but cant seems to find any active seller sell the trunk cover like those in CRV. so kinda high chances ppl break glass and steal your laptop bag etc. any feedback on alza 1.5auto climbing genting uphill? hows the performance? |

QUOTE(lunacy @ Apr 26 2013, 01:47 AM) almera has the storage space aso right. Except u wan to carry anything taller like chair or table. sitting any car other than wira consider upgrade of status also lar.One of my fren jus upgraded from wira to nissan shyply. He said sitting nissan just like an upgrade of status. I know that kind of perspectives shldnt exist in anyone, no big deal driving an expensive car, human are equal in anyways, but sadly, this is how the society behave but bcos of budget constraint, this is how we life. . those kinda feel is different, feel upgraded, chillax, driving also steady and slow. if i drive camry now, i also very steady drive slow slow enjoy life |

QUOTE(sfotsy @ Apr 26 2013, 06:25 PM) Nissan Almera is not MPV and Alza is MPV for me MPV or not doesnt matter, because budget is limited, thinking of Alza like worthy, so dilemma now lor.If you are Family orientated then get Alza. Nissan and Perodua car are actually same as partially assembly in Malaysia. To be fair Both car quality is same since it is Malaysian partially made. I do like Alza because it is with 3 yrs warranty. Really no need pay money when sending your car for service Only feel bad with the quality of the QC Pretty Bad. I feel You know Perodua car can be very bad in wet condition as if you are ex perodua car owner! If affordable take the EZi model and do not take Premium also. Since you take 9x12 take the Ezi Model. i do believe alza and almera also 3years waranty right? i do realized ALZA S NO ABS+EBD that's what making me turn off. but i drive 23years old car also no abs+ebd, no problems also. by the way, how you mean by PERODUA CAR very bad in wet condition? is it cornering not stable due to car higher than sedan? |

QUOTE(lunacy @ Apr 26 2013, 11:39 PM) haha, same here. But i drive only 6 years plus. Having a saga fl n viva. haha, y say saga useless, spacious comfort also.Saga really useless except the price. Myvi is another option i consider, 48k, abs, air bag, ebd. but heard fuel consumption is bad. i have a viva auto also, good pick up, very fuel economic 6.6L/100KM average town driving with heavy jam. but the only think is no safety. the car can only drive STRAIGHT. dont even think to layan corner/ raining day only can drive STRAIGHT corner little also i scare already. |

QUOTE(lunacy @ Apr 27 2013, 12:03 AM) my saga fl streering is so heavy, break is so hard, fuel consuption scare me to britshiit. But its cheap 44 k air bag, no abs or so. So i gave to my parent to use. you upgrade 17" ENKEI RIMS ? For viva, cornering for me is good, straight line better keep it slow. Very noisy. Mine no air bag, so safety is concern. So i want to upgrade to auto + air bag. But upgrade from viva to myvi seems a bit silly. Haha, that is what ppl told me. Cheapest in market still myvi, saga. For me i think myvi is easier and less effort to drive. Driving a saga really tiring, super heavy. Myvi with no boots so safety aso concern for rear passenger as its too short to receive accident impact from rear. Damn hard to decide. how much your saga flx fuel consumption? ( auto or manual ) but upgrade from viva to myvi is quite silly also la if you ask me. if you get a new myvi 1.5, then different story la better go for alza straight. ( like that only can see/feel the different ) when drive viva, 10 tonne lorry tailgate me, really feel no safety. alza maybe better feel? |

QUOTE(sfotsy @ Apr 27 2013, 07:32 AM) True indeed Alza can fit nicely with 5 instead of 7,however it is perfectly a good combination's of let one children sit at front, and center. Not a much problem here as with safety. So I do not think this is a treat to Alza, however I only agree with you with what you are saying imagine someone from behind will bang you. Alza do not have more space to protect if comparing with Almera. One think is good for Alza is you can use Toyota parts ( Avanza). That is mean your car can use Toyota engine, therefore Perodua car have better second hand value. you foreman cheat u lar friend This is their plus point! Nissan spare part's are usually better in quality as the price also is higher to maintain. I do remember my Foreman told me that comparing with the Brek pad it cost about Rm 3XX as normally will cost Rm2xx. However the quality of parts is better !! If can afford Almera is a good choice! Car is spacious with able to put many things. Last thing is car FC is good. I personally will like it but for Family it is a good choice to get Alza ( MPV ) or Nissan Grand Livina (MPV) or Nissa Serena (MPV). RM3xx what brake pad? NISSAN 350Z ar? say BENDIX METAL KING TITANIUM okay? ALZA - RM110 front SENTRA - RM130 front example lar, can search at garage sales to compare if it's BENDIX brake pad, i believe the quality is same either alza or sentra ain't |

QUOTE(sfotsy @ Apr 27 2013, 07:57 AM) Almera and Alza does have a good name for local people. Nissan is cheaper and good in FC as Perodua Alza FC also good, as both will under power if with full load of people's and beg's. 1. agreed.Perodua car always with a problem on rainy day, as the brek is not good so have to careful when driving in wet weather. However, Perodua have more second hand value as many many parts easy to find it is same as Toyota and Daihatsu. The engine is good as the body parts side need to upgrade the quality side especially the Rubber of the Windscreen and Side Windows. I have used Perodua Car for more then 15 years, with out ABS and EBD also. As I can remember last time when buying car where have ABS + EBD??? Where have Air Bags? One thing is buy a car that is suits your budget.... I suggest you can get a Viva or MyVi. It is more affordable ! 2. i already upgrade my viva BREMBO DISC ROTOR + TRESTOR ADVANTAGE BRAKE PAD 3. agreed. 4. True. lastime no ABS+EBD but we are still driving it alive until today. 5. already have a viva, thinking of buying another car which is either Alza or Almera. |

QUOTE(lunacy @ Apr 28 2013, 12:31 AM) i test drive alza n myvi 1.5 today. your viva is auto or manual?Alza more bumby, driving experiences is so so compare to myvi. When driving pass uneven road, Alza dashboard keep jerking like my 6 years viva. When myvi handle it well. Passenger behind aso feel myvi is less bumpy. Also, under hot afternoon, myvi air con is more cooling than Alza. Passenger behind complain hardly feel any cold air. I know i shldnt compare alza n myvi but these two are my choice right now. My viva was quote by trader for 15.5 k , but my bank loan full settlement is 17.5 k. Means i need to pay 2 k to sell the car. So funny but i know its true. wat color? the power of alza = ( 2nd and 3rd row seat can ahem*** ) |

QUOTE(lunacy @ Apr 28 2013, 02:24 AM) mine is 1.0 sx manual with power streering. they always got many reason to lower the offered price, even you got power steering, they will say because you are manual tranny, so quote less. The sa is funny telling me my viva no power streering, that is why quote less. Haha. ANY IDEA ALZA CAN INSTALL SUNROOF??? halfcut from which car??? so far never see any alza with sunroof yet. my area vios also got sunroof. |

QUOTE(lowstate @ May 1 2013, 01:39 PM) Just came back from genting hill climbing last 2 weeks. Installed Redline filter and carried 4 person(3 girls one man) with no luggage in car. thanks for the courtesy replied. Forced to used only second gear and floor the pedal, if not I think I will going downward. Very poor performance, my car clocked at below 30k mileage and just done servicing, half tank oil. Struggling to climb to the top, engine is screaming(floor the pedal) but I just driving at around 18-20km/h uphill. indeed that is the very true performance for alza genting uphill. how bout downhill part? hows the experience? every here and there you step the brake, all the passenger "move" forward? ( i can think of this because alza is quite high compared to sedan ) |
