i just use blur brush and keep stacking them till i get the tone i want.. with multiple layers of course

... never had proper lessons on painting in photoshop but yea.. i just recently learn about using smudge, burn and dodge tool to paint

really?I though last time agito said to me something about this,forgot already.

i said re-adjust value of the colour on a photo.

this one seems like involved 3D software...maybe just purely photoshop.
i just wonder the texture is self-made or download and purely combine on another layer then layer property > add effect > add glow > bevel > etc.
