you do not find any obvious ghosting?
No. I haven't seen it for myself and I doubt I ever will. And there are a lot of fellow forumers who bought them and haven't noticed any ghosting. I actually don't recall if there was a noticeable ghosting report.

no recommendations for 19inch or 20inch monitor? I wanna grab 1 soon.. no monitor to use ><
Considering your expensive gaming rig, you'll be doing it a serious disservice by skimping on the monitor. My friend's old gaming rig with lousy specs has at least a 23" U2311H. And my own lousier desktop with an AMD Phenom II X3 710 and a HD 5670 has a U2410 and a U2412M.
I suggest you man up and get yourself a sweet U2412M, RM799 (if the RM100 coupon is still available) and then enjoy gaming on your powerful machine with a sweet monitor.

how bout in term of screen quality, color reproduction and price,i don't use multiple monitor so i don't care bout the bezel design
I'm sorry, I have no idea. Unfortunately TFTCentral and AnandTech does not have any data on the IPS236V. You could try googling for any articles that compares its calibration report with the other displays.
On pricing, it is RM629 at Viewnet.

LG EMBRACES IPS PANEL TECHNOLOGY FOR A NEW STANDARD IN MONITOR PERFORMANCE
http://www.lgblog.co.uk/2011/09/ips5/I wonder if the reporting was correctly worded or not, as they were producing IPS panels for a long time already.
