We currently do not provide calibration service for monitors purchased elseswhere. We only do them FOC for our customers. Maybe in the future we will offer this service to the open market. The meter is not terribly expensive but also not exactly cheap. It costs more than the monitor biggrin.gif

Sorry bit out of topic. If I buy monitor from you, will you calibrate it first or need to ask personally?

Hi everybody, it's been a while since I posted here.

Last time I asked for which monitors are good that are at the price of 500 and below. Last time I decided not to buy a monitor and just to save up money so I can buy better one later, so this is the type of monitor I'm looking for.

- Budget around 600 - 900 RM
- Looking for a monitor at least 23 inch wide
- Need monitor to connect with my alienware laptop (for gaming)
- at least 1600 x 900 (my laptop only goes 1366 x 768 so some games are square when I play them not wide screen)
- Wide Screen
- IPS
- Wall mount (optional)

I am using the m14x alienware laptop and it has a HDMI, VGA, HD and USB port that I can use to connect to a monitor. I also want to ask what cable I might need to connect with the monitor, and I can use the monitor to play a PS3 / Xbox 360 / Wii also because I might buy one later.

Correction: It's a mini DisplayPort, DP

As for which cable... a basic HDMI cable will do... around RM10 or less (paying more for it is just dumb, more cents than sense)

Monitor: 1080p, Dell u2312hm or equivalent.

Well DVI is your only option.... you don't have DP output from your GC.....

SL-DVI cable will do.. DL-DVI cable servers no purpose with this monitor..

Depends on location it may takes some time. My Dell monitor sent using Skynet takes 3 days
Contact Dell support and it will give you the exact information.
