applicable to muslims only.
since now gold & silver are very very hot commodities, as a muslim it's my responsibility to inform that these 2 are within ribawi category, so we must fully follow the syariah compliance regulation. if you want to open a gold account, only kuwait finance is OK. if not just buy physical gold (any form) with cash only. again this is just a reminder and there's no one to catch or report you to the authorities. it's all up to you to abide. please don't ask for facts, and please do you own research. tq. |

QUOTE(lustman @ Sep 29 2011, 12:29 PM) applicable to muslims only. No harm meant but personally i think religion has been misused too many times to extract additional gains for a select group of ppl only. Alot of these so called 'syariah compliant' banking products are actually more expensive that regular products. since now gold & silver are very very hot commodities, as a muslim it's my responsibility to inform that these 2 are within ribawi category, so we must fully follow the syariah compliance regulation. if you want to open a gold account, only kuwait finance is OK. if not just buy physical gold (any form) with cash only. again this is just a reminder and there's no one to catch or report you to the authorities. it's all up to you to abide. please don't ask for facts, and please do you own research. tq. Even Halal food is relatively more expensive as food suppliers have to put on more resources to be 'halal' registered in addition to blatant corruption to get the certification which includes paid holidays for these so called 'religious' officials to visit their factories and mind you they come in big groups sometimes with their families tagging along. All these additional costs incurred by food inporters and suppliers are passed down to the public thus further increasing the food prices. |

Physical can sell to banks, friend, Arrahnu, jewellery shop etc. |

QUOTE(mcdkfc @ Sep 29 2011, 02:34 PM) Paper gold have pro & cons: I myself buy physical but if you buy paper gold, you have it at least in a safe place. No need to worry about security. Secondly, as you said, it is cheaper and the spread is much lesser. If like that, when you sell back, you can either opt to get cash or the gold you bought, why not just get from banks rather than buying physical? Just wondering, if you sell off and want it back in gold, how do they give you? Gold bullion coins or PAMP bars? Pro - more cheapper, spread more less, easy to handle. Cons - to sell, only can deal with the bank where you buy. Physical can sell to banks, friend, Arrahnu, jewellery shop etc. |

QUOTE(buysell @ Sep 29 2011, 11:00 AM) Nope, don't depend on anyone saying here not even me (I'm not SIFU), but I can tell you not to rely on ichimoku chart it is not 100% accurate. You say not to rely but u don't put any supporting statements. I'm also disappointed with you. You can have the whole show to yourself. My bit of advise is, take it easy not to bet your life on it, only invest what you think you could afford to lose only. This week and the next coming week better monitor properly before impulse invest more on gold. *I expect Quinn to be more mature, very disappointing with the fellow of how he act up. Good luck to you Quinn. |
