Boiled and crushed egg yolk.
Just mix abit of the egg yolk into one container with water and shake it.
feed them a few drops at a time.

how long the egg yolk can last? it wont go spoil?

Keep the bottle of "egg yolk water" in the fridge. It can easily last you 1 or 2 weeks.
By that time, you can already feed your little guppy some other things de.
If you need more, just make again.

for guppy fries,they are ready to take powder food available from shelf. But its recommended if you can provide microworm,brineshrimp,daphnia would be better.

By using eggyolk,you will cloud your water easily,eggyolk will be last alternative to choose.

btw..where can i find brine shrimp in klang valley?
i already search in banting area..no LFS sell it..all of them just showing the same flake.

i have , you can get it from midvalley petwonderland..i remember last time i saw them selling in small packet.

LFS you can try find daphnia, those uncle uncle shop dont usually carry brine shrimp

my guppies gave birth in my planted tank..
fries survived by nipping on algae and snail eggs (?)

there was a sudden drop in snail count. now that they are slightly grown up, the snails start to come back..zzz

they also nibble on the tetra bits....survived for over a month ady

Any one here use pre-filter for canister?

u can try DIY Microworms.
its easy..just a yeast and couple of spoon of oatmeals.
then u r ready to feed your fry after 5-7 days,the oatmeals now will full of microworms

i think i got 200-300 cherry in 3feet tank, numbers are going up!
soon hopefully can get 1000 by CNY next year. heheheh

what food u feed them?
